NEWS: MY APOLOGIES/ WHAT IM UP TO

Hey everybody sorry for no new comic yet. I'm working on it. Really. Trying to figure out how to introduce the last two characters. I didn't plan on it, but yes the characters do reflect people I know. It's just easier for me to connect that way. Just gotta be patient. School started this week and im already buried in work hence the delay, almost on top of it....almost.

So this is the part where I tell you guys and gals what im into these days, keep in mind I don't make any money by pimping this shit so enjoy it at your own risk.

Video Games:

I've been playing the hell out of N+ for the Nintendo DS, it's really a lot more fun than any portable game should be. It's simple but addictive and frustrating as all hell.

The NHL 09 demo finally came out for the Xbox 360, I can't even begin to describe the excitement I have for this game. Since 1991 I've been lining up do devour any and all hockey games as I dive headfirst into these every year, it's very easy for me to lose months while I play GM. Be a hero mode seems tight. Reminds you of how poorly you do play the game when a giant arrow tells you every time your wrong. It also helps that at the end of the game it gives you positives and negatives on how to improve your game. It's wierd seeing EA actually go all out trying to improve their franchises, when there really is no incentive to do so, they will sell regardless. I'm always critical of EA, so i figure I might as well applaud them when they do something right.

Music Movies TV:

I'm a zune user. Ill just get that out of the way right now. Thanks to zune pass i've been able to listen to a lot of music i've been putting off for years. (If you have any music you think i should check out leave it in the comments) It's been out since 2004 but i just picked it up and can't get enough of Danger Doom, as far as a hip hop album it has everything I look for, its well crafted and keeps you interested from beginning to end, plus the addition of Adult Swim voices adds to the value.

The New weezer is Great.everything i've expected it to be. Go buy it.

The New Slipknot is okay. It's a nice blend of the old and the new, but I swear to god I hate it when Cory Taylor uses harmony. I understand it cant be "scream scream drum solo scream" but im listenign to slipknot to hear slipknot, not stone sour.

One day As a Lion is bad. I had a lot of hope for this one too. Years after he released "March of Death" Ive looked forward to this. I guess I was expecting more Rage Against The machine, and went into it with too high of an expectation, I'll have to give it another listen to but right now im not really feeling it.

Tv? I'm all about Dirty Jobs now, solid show. NFL starts up tonight, i'll probably tune in.

I just finished season 4 of sealab 2021 last night, incredible show. I didnt really appreciate it fully until recently a very quotable show that always keeps you laughing. You can't get better than MC Chris / Hesh Pepperwood.....his name is Pepperwood. But im a homer, and thats clearly ass kissing.

NEWS: SO WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???

First off, settle down. "This" as you so bluntly put it is my idea for a comic strip. For years now i've been kicking around a ton of ideas and have never really been able to transport them into a finished thought. The premise is simple enough, Max is your average stay in bed loser living out of his apartment just trying to "make it". Oh yeah and he has imaginary aliens who live with him. He's a little crazy. What a goofy bastard. Anyway you can join Max as he lives his life making fun of the things that happen to him.

Secondly, I'm working on overhauling the overall drab appeal of the site, banners and things like that along with "episodes" two and three which hopefully should sort itself out within the next few weeks.

I haven't figured out what my main plan is here. At some point I'd like to offer reviews on games, movies, TV and more of the stuff that I'm interested in. If you like it, that's even better.

COMIC: The Series Has Landed

Here it is, two years in the making. Doesn't seem worth it does it? I promise they'll get funnier. I've agonized with this concept for about two years of how I should start this strip. So stick with me and I promise to offend you at some point. Sooner or later we'll iron out all the details and figure out the best way to bring this to you. I don't want to promise a release schedule the goal is one to two a week, but we wont hit that till were fully operational.

NEWS: The Series Has Landed!

Not quite.
But later I will be updating with the first, and probably completely unfunny first strip. I promise they will get better. As of right now the premise of the strip is Max and his roommate Milby (an imaginary alien friend) live in an apartment together while they try to tackle all of lifes random issues from pop culture, news, video games and life. Oh yeah, and as long as I have readers, I'll keep pumping them out. Should be slow to start but I'm sure we'll end up picking up some speed soon. So thanks to everybody in advance for not only your patience but page visits i appreciate it.
